Investors & co-owners
Your share of every unit, worked out for you
Leasifys shows a co-owner exactly their share: acquisition cost, rent received to date, bills, net income, value today and yield — split by the percentage on the title deed and by the dates shares changed hands. Family syndicates and friends who buy together finally see the same numbers.
What an investor gets
Cap table from the deed
Owners and shares as on the title deed, to two decimals. Changes only with a new deed, with history kept.
Returns by share and by date
Rent to date, net income, total return and net yield on your invested amount — in the unit's currency or your reporting currency.
Costs you can see
Purchase costs by city template (DLD, trustee, commission), running bills, manager fees — each split by the share on its date.
No surprises
The managing owner cannot move shares, hide a lease or spend above the agreed limit without it being visible and audited.
Explain any number
Tap a tile to see what it is, how it was worked out from your records and what is not counted. Not financial advice.
Portfolio across countries
Units in the UAE and Egypt in one view, converted at dated rates and labelled as information, not accounting.
Frequently asked questions
How does Leasifys know my share?
From the title deed or Oqood uploaded by the managing owner, matched to your confirmed name. The platform reviews ownership on the land department's public service during the pilot.
Can I see rent that was paid before we joined Leasifys?
Yes. The managing owner records past tenancies and past instalments as received or not; your returns include them from the date you held the share.
Can I be an investor on one unit and the landlord on another?
Yes. Roles are derived per unit from the documents, so one account can be investor, landlord, tenant and manager on different units.
