Leasifys reads passports and Emirates IDs on your device, stores ID numbers only encrypted with a masked display, derives every permission from documents per unit, writes an audit entry for every sensitive action, and sends no personal ID to any AI service. Documents are classified and the raw ID images expire.

On-device identity
Passport MRZ and Emirates ID are read in your browser; the server only re-validates check digits.
Encrypted and masked
ID numbers are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted with a separate hash for duplicate checks; screens show 784-1990-XXXXXXX-X.
Roles from documents
No one is a landlord because they said so. Roles are derived per unit from the deed, lease and mandate.
Everything audited
Every sensitive write and every automated action is logged with its inputs and rationale.
AI with limits
Document reading for deeds, leases and bills uses an AI service you can switch off; personal IDs never go there; results are deleted after reading.
Consent, not fine print
Each legal consent is a separate affirmative action recorded with the exact wording, version, language and time.

Where is data stored?
In a managed database and private object storage with a UAE-region primary; the sub-processors page lists each provider.
Can Leasifys see my ID images?
ID images are kept for a limited period for verification and then deleted automatically; access is restricted and audited.
Is Leasifys a licensed broker or property manager?
No. Leasifys is a technology provider operated by AY&R Management Consultants LLC OPC. It does not hold money, register tenancies or act as agent.
