Landlords
Run your rentals without the spreadsheet
Leasifys gives a UAE landlord one place for each unit: the lease and its rent schedule, cheques and deposits with receipts, Ejari and renewal deadlines, bills, and maintenance requests that go to matched licensed providers — with the law of your emirate applied as you go.
What a landlord gets
Lease from the contract
Upload the Ejari or tenancy contract; term, rent, instalments, tenant and property identifiers are read for you.
Rent schedule and receipts
Instalments with the agreed dates, cheques held versus cleared, bilingual receipts, bounced cheques reversed with one tap.
Deadlines you won't miss
Ejari registration, rent-increase notice (90 days in Dubai), renewal, deposit return, ID expiries — email now, WhatsApp next.
Repairs without the back-and-forth
Tenant or you raise a request with photos; three matched providers quote; you pick a slot; the provider confirms payment received; the bill lands in Money with the invoice.
Money per unit
Service charges, DEWA, insurance, manager fees, maintenance — paid or due, by year, with net income and yield.
Renewals and notices by the rules
Offer the next term with the city's cap checked as you type; bilingual notice letters; move-out report and deposit settlement with evidence.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Leasifys if my property is managed by a company?
Yes. Assign your manager by email with the terms you agree (fee, who approves spend above a limit, who collects rent). The manager works within those terms and you see everything; you can end the mandate with a handover statement.
Do I need Ejari to add a lease?
No. Upload any signed contract from any emirate, or prepare the terms in Leasifys and send them to the tenant to confirm. The lease shows as waiting for registration until you upload the Ejari or Tawtheeq certificate.
Does Leasifys calculate the allowed rent increase?
It applies the published rule for your city as a warning while you type a renewal — Dubai's index slabs, Abu Dhabi's current freeze, Sharjah's first-years rule — and tells you when a rule is not yet verified. It is not legal advice.
Can my co-owners see the unit?
Yes. Invite them from the title deed; each sees their share of rent, costs and returns. Investors without management rights see their numbers but cannot change the lease.
