Frequently asked questions
My landlord is not on Leasifys. Can I still use it?
Yes. Your record works at once. The landlord gets an email link to review and sign; if they decline or ignore it, you can ask Leasifys to check the document and keep a tenant-only record.
Does Leasifys pay my rent?
No. You pay the landlord as agreed; Leasifys records it and issues the receipt once the landlord confirms.
Can I rate my landlord?
Yes, at the end of the lease, with tap-only items. Ratings between landlord and tenant are revealed only when both sides have rated or after 14 days.
