Frequently asked questions

Where do I get the index average?

From the rental index calculator in the Dubai REST app or on the DLD website, which rates your building and area.

Does this apply to commercial units?

The decree applies to all tenancies, but the commercial index is less transparent; treat commercial results as indicative.
